How can I see what you offer? 

We have a basic list on our "balloon page" however we tailor your order to you, your wishes and your budget. Having done balloons for over 6 years now, there isn't much we cannot do for you. Check out our offerings and complete the "enquiry form" and one of the team will get back to you.

Do you do cooperate events?

We do indeed, we have been lucky enough to work alongside many big brands - including Audi, Hallmark, NHS, various charities and so many more. In order to discuss your needs please email us and we can arrange a call (info@bearcubandco.com)


Do you come to the venue to discuss event needs?

Absolutely, we cover the Huddersfield area and are more than happy to meet you at the venue to go through ideas, styles and bounce ideas back and forth while in the event space. 

How far in advance do I need to book?

We take bookings upto 6 months before your event. We like as much notice as possible for big events/ set ups. You don't need to know exactly what it is you are wanting but if you have the date, it's best to contact us so we can pencil you in the diary. 

Where do you cover?

Our office is based in Milnsbridge, huddersfield. We offer set up services in and around Huddersfield. 


Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we can offer delivery for a further small fee. Delivery does depend on the business availability. 

Mainly personalised balloons are a collection service from our office. Unit 19, dale street mills, milnsbridge, huddersfield, hd34qy. 

Can I just pop in on the day to get my balloons?

No, our office runs on bespoke orders only and so we do not offer pop in/ collect order. To order please email or message on Facebook/ instagram.

How can I pay for my balloons? 

All orders are to be paid for via bank transfer or PayPal. This information is given upon booking. 

 How long do my balloons last?

Balloons hate hot/ cold.To get the very best from your balloons please 

- store at room temp

- out of direct sunlight

latex balloons last 1-3 days 

foiled balloons last 4-7 days 

bubbles and orbs last 7-10 days. 

ready to hang balloon clouds/ sculptures  2-3 weeks (plus)

If your balloon has vinyl writing on it, this will start to crinkle slighty after a day or so (this is the normal process of balloons). 

How do I store my balloons?

Once you have collected your balloons it is important that you take them indoors, store at room temp and out the bags as soon as. Please do not leave them in the car or garages overnight. All balloons need to be stored in room temp, out of direct sunlight and out the bags. 

How do I transport my balloons?

We ask all customers who collect to make sure they have their back seats down and parcel shelf removed. This allows us to

What items do you post? 

We make as wide range of custom cake toppers and acrylic party ware. This is mainly a bespoke service and we would love to chat to you about how we can help make something for your party or event. 

Do you deliver world wide? 

Yes, we do indeed.... All items are sent tracked and traced with royal mail. 

How much is postage?

Postage is £3.00 1st class to all UK locations

Postage is £15.00 for all overseas locations and are all sent tracked and traced

How long does it take for my order to be processed? 

No personalised orders 5-7 working days. 

Personalised orders 7-10 days (unless specified via email with a member of the team)

Can I get a next day delivery?

Yes, but this is a limited service and must be discussed with the team via email info@bearcubandco.com

What are your products made from?

Our products are made from a variety of coloured or clear 3mm to 5mm food safe acrylic.

Do you create bespoke products?

Absolutely! Send us an email or head to our personalised collection.

Ive seen one of your items in the shop however id like the design changed slightly/made smaller, is this possible? 

For sure, all of our acrylic items are made in our studio so if you wish to alter sizes, wording etc please just email us and we can make the changes from there for you. 


Where are you based? 

We are based in a town called Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We also offer a click and collect service from the studio. This can be arranged with us via email (info@bearcubandco.com) 




Do you accept returns?

  • For personalised products we cannot offer a return unless a mistake has been made or if the product has been damaged in transit. 
  • Any orders which are placed in duplicates and/or in error can be exchanged. The un wanted product must be returned to us first in the original packaging. Return postage is to be covered by the customer. 
  • If you order does not arrive within 14 days please let us know so we can check the details and resend
  • Any missing orders must be reported within 30 days

What happens if I am not happy with my product? 

  • Luckily for us this happens very rarely, but in the unlikely event you are not happy with your product please contact us and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
