How much is postage?
Postage is £2.50 1st class to all UK locations
Postage is £15.00 for all overseas locations and are all sent tracked and traced
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
No personalised orders 1-2 working days.
Personalised orders 3-5 days (unless specified via email with a member of the team)

Where are you based?
We are based in a town called Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We also offer a click and collect service from the studio. This can be arranged with us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Do you do gift cards?
We do, if you head to the website and look under the "gift section" you can purchase these there. Once you have processed your order you will be emailed a e-voucher to send to the lucky customer for them to then enter at checkout.
Do you offer wholesale on your embossers?

What are your products made from?
Our products are made from a variety of coloured or clear 3mm to 5mm food safe acrylic.
Do you create bespoke products?
Absolutely! Send us an email or head to our personalised collection.
Ive seen one of your items in the shop however id like the design changed slightly/made smaller, is this possible?
For sure, all of our acrylic items are made in our studio so if you wish to alter sizes, wording etc please just email us and we can make the changes from there for you.
Do you accept returns?
- For personalised products we cannot offer a return unless a mistake has been made or if the product has been damaged in transit.
- Any orders which are placed in duplicates and/or in error can be exchanged. The un wanted product must be returned to us first in the original packaging. Return postage is to be covered by the customer.
- If you order does not arrive within 14 days please let us know so we can check the details and resend
- Any missing orders must be reported within 30 days
What happens if I am not happy with my product?
- Luckily for us this happens very rarely, but in the unlikely event you are not happy with your product please contact us and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
