1 week minimum notice is required for bespoke orders
1. Fill out the form
Simply select from the pick n mix menu what your desired wishes are/ include quantities/ colours/ themes and all your personal details
You can select from our menu of balloons & bakes, or select a party package.
2. Receive confirmation
One of the team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order/ provide you with an itemised invoice/ confirm collection date
1 week minimum notice is required for bespoke orders
3. Confirm order
Once you receive your invoice, payment is required within 48 hours. This then confirms and secures your order. (if payment is not made within 48 hours your date will be released for another customer and you will need to contact us again to check if your date is still available to book.)
4. Day of collection
We will have everything ready and waiting for you at the studio.
